Bordeaux is a vast wine region, more than 100,000 hectares! It therefore has a varied geology, a striking contrast between limestone and gravel.

Grape varieties

For the white wines of Bordeaux, the Sémillon, supplemented mainly by Sauvignon, sometimes by Muscadelle or Colombard.


The white Bordeaux wines develop elegant fruity and floral fragrances. Their diversity comes from the varying proportions of the grape varieties.

With origins dating back to the 12th century, Château Margaux is one of those Grands Crus that have built the legend of great Bordeaux wines around the world. In 1855, the castle was awarded the title of Premier Grand Cru Classé.

Exceptional wine produced in very limited quantities, Pavillon Blanc offers great finesse and a strong aging potential.
